Production Forklift Operator (High Reach) | Cecil Park NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Forklift Operator (High Reach) to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Cecil Park, NSW .

This is a hands-on role within a production environment and would suit someone with strong forklift skills who is comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing setting.

Roster

This position operates on a rotating 12-hour roster consisting of both day and night shifts.

Shift Hours:

Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

The roster includes a combination of weekday and weekend work, with scheduled days off throughout the rotation.

Key Duties

High Reach forklift operation

Machine operation

Production line support

Loading and unloading materials

Material handling and stock movement

General production and housekeeping duties

Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful You Will Have

Current LF Forklift Licence

Strong High Reach forklift experience

Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments

Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

Strong commitment to safety

Reliable transport and excellent attendance record

Ability to perform manual handling and physical work

Important

This role is best suited to experienced forklift operators. Applicants must have proven High Reach forklift experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Candidates with limited forklift experience will not be considered.
