As a senior member of the AI function, you will be responsible for delivering complex AI and machine learning solutions from research through to production. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities are likely to include:

Delivering end-to-end AI and machine learning projects

Building and deploying production-grade AI solutions

Working across Data Engineering, Machine Learning and AI platforms

Partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business problems

Supporting the growth and development of AI capability within the organisation

Contributing to technical strategy and innovation initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering and Data Engineering

Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from research and proof-of-concept into production

Experience working on complex AI, machine learning or computer vision problems

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Previous experience leading teams, mentoring engineers or driving project delivery

Commercially minded approach with the ability to balance innovation and business outcomes

Experience operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Ability to influence technical direction and contribute to scaling AI capability across an organisation.
