Company grown to have 19 sales offices in South Korea, and through iae GLOBAL—its global management arm—an extensive network of close to 60 branches or joint-venture partner offices in major international student recruitment markets in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Nepal, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan. To support this global network, iae also has onshore offices in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase revenue, and strengthen the company’s market presence. The successful candidate will oversee sales activities, manage marketing initiatives, develop client relationships, and monitor sales performance to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day sales and marketing activities

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Monitor sales targets, analyse performance, and implement strategies to improve results

- Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives

- Conduct market research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services to customers

- Manage and mentor sales and marketing staff, setting performance objectives and providing ongoing support

- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to maximise return on investment

- Represent the company at meetings, industry events, networking functions, and other promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, business development, and customer relationship management

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies

- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and market data

- Ability to develop and maintain strong client and business relationships

- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
