Cloud Solution Architect (AWS | Azure | Google Cloud)

At Mindsprint we are looking for a highly accomplished Cloud Solution Architect.We’re expanding our cloud consulting capability across ANZ and seeking an experienced Multi Cloud Solution Architect to design, modernise and deliver enterprise grade cloud solutions across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. You’ll work directly with customers, sales teams and global delivery units to shape architectures that drive agility, automation, security and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions and architecture reviews.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure multi cloud architectures.

• Design landing zones, identity, networking, security and governance across AWS/Azure/GCP.

• Architect modern applications using microservices, containers, serverless and event driven patterns.

• Build automation first platforms using Terraform, CloudFormation, GitOps and CI/CD.

• Support cloud migration and application modernisation strategies

• Work closely with the hyperscalers to drive innovation and thought leadership.

• Mentor engineers and contribute to reusable IP and best practices.

What You Bring

• 12–18 years in IT, including 5+ years as a cloud architect.

• Strong hands on experience across AWS, Azure and GCP core services.

• Deep knowledge of networking, security, IAM, encryption, compliance and zero trust.

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), serverless, API gateways, service mesh.

• Strong DevOps background: Terraform, Bicep, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Ansible.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, caching, CDN and performance tuning.

• Database experience: SQL, NoSQL, streaming (Kafka/Pub/Sub/EventBridge).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• AWS SA Professional, Azure Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect.

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD), Terraform Associate, TOGAF.

• Experience with FinOps, SRE, observability and platform engineering.

Salary Package 150K to 170K AUD per annum
