Civil Engineering Draftsperson

Position : Full Time

Location : Sydney

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000 a year

National Fire Group is seeking qualified and experienced Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities :

Demonstrated experience with programs such as Revit & AutoCAD in a similar industry

Able to plan and deliver on your commitments with autonomy and across multiple projects simultaneously

Detail focused and ability to prepare detailed drawings and plans to support design team and civil engineering professionals

Draft drawings, blueprints, diagrams and plans for civil engineering projects

Work closely with Fire Engineer in preparing drawings and documentations related to fire systems design and modelling

Planning and completing drafting projects (wet and dry fire) within specified deadlines in accordance with Australian standards, NFPA and project specifications

Preparing drawings and administering project drawing registers

Assist project manager with estimating budgets related to drafting drawing registers as required for various civil engineering project.

Insure site installation team has the latest drawings, conducting on-site inspections to make sure site installation is in line with the design

Skills, experience and qualification :

Relevant qualification

At least 2 years of experience.

Strong experience in AutoCAD / Solidworks

Excellent written & verbal communication is a must
