About the Job

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including pharmacies and wholesalers.

Manage a high volume of orders and administrative tasks, with a focus on email communication

Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, from initial SAP entry to final dispatch and delivery.

Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex issues and non-standard service requests.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including manual order processing and maintaining accurate CRM records.

About You

SAP experience essential, with CRM platforms is highly regarded

Previous experience in an order processing, customer service role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supply chain industry

A proactive mindset and the ability to think critically to resolve issues under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
