The opportunity:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced insulation fibrous installer to join our team in Wangara. We will provide you with an excellent induction and ongoing support to ensure you are able to perform the role to the highest level.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct pre-job site inspections

Efficiently vacuum roof spaces

Inspect roof and ceiling damage

Evaluate completed work

Cut and install insulation

Drill walls for the installation of wall insulation

Plaster walls and ceiling. Plaster to be patched back to Australian Building code standards

Staff training on the workings of the Stewart Energy Fibremaster Supafill machine

Calculate the volume of the insulation required to attain an energy efficient R2.1 rating

Formulate the drilling configuration into the cavity walls to ensure consolidation of the insulation material

Calculate the depth of the cavity to maximise the flow/sec of insulation to ensure non blockages

Clean gutters

Install leaf stoppers

Install ventilators and skylights

Requirements:

Outstanding ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team

Demonstrated determination, tenacity and resilience

A positive attitude and willingness to work hard and do what it takes to achieve results

Insulation experience

Full driver’s license

Salary: $76600.00 pa
