Management Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a full-time experienced and highly skilled Management Consultant.

The position will assist external clients to improve processes and practices across their business units and advise on methods to improve organisational outcomes.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Review and analyse activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress towards stated goals and objectives

• Assisting to develop strategies and plans designed to optimise the use of organisational resources

• Provide feedback to management on the efficacy of existing processes and advise on methods for improvement

• Advising clients towards more efficient organisational structures

• Analyse business performance of clients to ensure organisational goals are achieved

• Responsible for communicating the business strategy and its implications on employment and engagement to key stakeholders

• Creating proposals to change work structures and processes, and redefine workflows

• Advising on strategies to ensure growth of client businesses in line with the targets and metrics set

• Review feedback and develop planning models to identify the competency, knowledge and talent gaps of staff and develop programs aimed at upskilling employees with the aim of achieving enhances organisational outcomes

The role requires:

• Degree qualified or at least 5 years relevant experience

• Strong commercial acumen

• Strong communication skills and passion for networking

• Understanding of processes and systems and methods for improving them so as to assist clients to achieve targeted growth and better business outcomes

Salary: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 plus superannuation per annum.
