Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer Permanent Full-time 38 hours per week Malvern office Location (and hybrid work from home 2 days once training period completed) We're building for the better! About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer to join our Patient Accounts team at Cabrini Health. The position requires a candidate who is self-motivated and who has had experience in Medical Imaging Billing and Debt collection. The successful candidate will also have a strong focus on customer service and take pride and ownership in their work. Your day will look a little like this:

Following up outstanding Debt

Management of claim rejections

Reporting of aged debts and reporting doubtful debts.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving with internal and external stakeholders

Liaising with Medicare/DVA/WorkCover and the Private Health Funds

What we're looking for

Previous experience in medical imaging or a hospital billing setting essential

MS Office and WebPas

Visage application experience

High level attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
