NA Cambourn & CL Osborne About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook Grade III to join our team at The Island Cafe in Norah Head, NSW. As a full-time Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers. 50 hours / week. 6 days / week - Tuesday - Sunday - 6.30am - 3.30pm No Annual leave period from Dec - Feb Hours / week or days of work are not flexible or negotiable.

Benefits Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards Ensure efficient, accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all food orders Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Assist in menu planning and development, contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offering Provide support and guidance to junior kitchen staff as required Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment To be considered for this position you must have: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery must be held at the time of application Minimum 2 years experience as a chef in a busy cafe environment that has catered for both breakfast and lunch services Strong working knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service standards Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider cafe team Ability to work calmly under pressure Qualification & experience Certificate lll Commercial Cookery Work Type: Full time Salary: $80000-80000 Job Publish: 13-09-2026 Job Expire: 13-10-2026 Apply on: Chef Grade III Job here!
