Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per annum

CENTRAL FRESH FOOD SERVICES PTY LTD is a growing retail business dedicated to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to support our daily store operations and supervise our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

As the Retail Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure staff are doing the same

• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Coordinate team schedules and delegate daily tasks

• Support hiring, training, and staff development

• Coach team members in handling challenging sales scenarios

• Review returned items and apply store policies appropriately

• Manage stock levels and order replenishments

• Ensure merchandise is well presented and priced accurately

• Maintain store security and uphold safety standards

Requirements

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• At least one year of relevant experience in retail supervision, retail management or a similar role.

• Strong team leadership and customer-service skills.

• Good understanding of stock control and general in-store processes.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members effectively.

• A proactive and reliable approach to work.

• Ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a busy retail environment.
