AR/Credit Control Officer

They are seeking an experienced Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Officer to join their friendly finance team on a temporary basis. Conveniently located in West Perth and easily accessible via public transport, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative workplace. Your new role

Proactively following up outstanding invoices via phone and email

Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies

Allocating daily receipts and processing payments

Investigating and resolving billing queries

Preparing aged debtor reports and providing collection updates

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Immediate availability or ability to commence by the end of September
