Accounts Payable Officer

Ready to start ASAP? Temporary AP opportunity. Short-term assignment with a supportive team in the NFP sector. Your new company Our client is a well-established organisation based in Perth's western suburbs, conveniently located close to public transport and local amenities. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis to provide cover during a period of leave. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy finance function and commence immediately. Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Obtaining approvals for supplier invoices

Matching invoices to purchase orders

High-volume data entry of invoices

Preparing payment runs, including staff expense claims

Maintaining accurate filing and records management

Supporting the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing

Knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience using ERP systems, with NetSuite experience is highly regarded

Immediate availability or the ability to commence at short notice
