Sales and Marketing Manager

Chery Chadstone (Chadstone Motor Group) is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our dealership's sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer experience outcomes located in Oakleigh VIC.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets

· Manage CRM processes, sales pipelines and lead conversion activities

· Develop and implement local marketing and promotional campaigns

· Support high-value negotiations, pricing and stock management

· Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns

· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insights

· Ensure compliance with dealership policies, consumer legislation and OEM requirements

Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience managing sales teams within an automotive dealership environment

· Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, CRM systems, finance and insurance products

· Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

· Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results

· Strong understanding of customer service and team development

Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
