Disability Support Worker

Expected Salary: $35-$45 AUD / Week

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

About Us:

Supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of the people with disabilities, We are based in Melbourne Victoria but provide services all over Australia by providing excellent support and care for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and daily living assistance

Support participants to achieve their goals and build independence

Assist participants in accessing and engaging with the community

Support meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines

Provide other disability-related support as required

Living in Australia with an easy reach to Western Suburbs of Melbourne

Requirements:

Experience supporting mental health participants

All mandatory disability support checks and clearances

Reliable, compassionate and professional approach

Available to start ASAP

Previous disability support experience preferred
