The Job Role

Cooma Crash Repairs / Jindabyne Crash Repairs is seeking expression of interest from hardworking dedicated Vehicle Painters to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Masking, sanding, buffing, and detailing

* Application and blocking of filler and primers

* Metal preparation for paint

* Spray painting

* Prime and topcoat

* Colour matching

* Mixing paints to the right colour and consistency

* Maintaining and cleaning equipment

* Storing paints in the correct conditions

Qualifications & Requirements

* 3+ years of relevant experience - essential.

* Must be able to perform repairs to large, medium and small crash work with attention to detail

* Keen eye to detail

* Adhere to all work, health and safety policies/procedures

* Experience in a variety of practices and techniques related to Masking, sanding, buffing, and detailing

* Knowledge of operating general paint / blast shop equipment and tools

* Great team player

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
