A major medical hub in Sydney’s northern suburbs, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse to join the team. This contemporary 488-bed hospital serves the local community through a unique model comprising 60% public and 40% private beds. The successful candidate will be based in Ward 4B, a high-acuity 36-bed environment that integrates a 30-bed medical unit with a 6-bed Coronary Care Unit (CCU). This role offers a fast-paced clinical setting focused on cardiac and respiratory care, providing an exceptional platform for professional growth and the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Employment Terms
Successful candidates will receive a salary commensurate with their years of relevant registered nursing experience, determined in accordance with the Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ – Enterprise Agreement 2024–2027. This role offers a competitive rate up to $54.89 per hour . Please note that in late April 2026, the facility will transition from its current operator to the NSW Health public network . Core Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent and maintain current AHPRA registration.
Experience Required: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting is essential, alongside sound clinical decision-making skills and a dedication to patient-centered care.
Flexibility: The role requires commitment to a rotating roster, with the benefit of 12-hour shift options.
