As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Contract & Compliance Administrator to support the effective administration of our contractual, insurance and compliance obligations across our mining operations.

About the Role

Working closely with our Operations, HSEQ and Finance teams, the Site Contract & Compliance Administrator will administer and monitor contractual arrangements associated with the delivery of mining services and coordinate associated insurance, WHS and operational compliance requirements.

The role will liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other service providers to ensure contractual obligations, documentation, reporting and compliance requirements are effectively maintained.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, administer and maintain service agreements, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and associated contract documentation, including monitoring contractual obligations, milestones, variations, expiry dates and reporting requirements.

-Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities for personnel, plant and equipment, ensuring relevant contractual, operational, insurance, licensing, competency and safety requirements are satisfied.

-Prepare and maintain contract registers, purchase requisitions, operational reports, production statistics, client and contractor records and other commercial and compliance documentation required to support contractual reporting.

-Coordinate contractor and subcontractor insurance compliance, including reviewing insurance documentation and certificates of currency, maintaining insurance and renewal registers, and assisting with claims arising from plant, vehicle or other operational incidents.

-Coordinate contractor compliance with client and legislative Work Health and Safety requirements, including verification and maintenance of licences, competencies, inductions, training matrices, insurance and statutory documentation.

-Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant internal teams to identify, escalate and assist in resolving contractual, operational and compliance matters, and coordinate with HSEQ in relation to risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess:

-Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, insurance, contract administration, risk, compliance or a related discipline;

-Qualifications and/or demonstrated knowledge in Work Health and Safety;

-Experience in contract administration, insurance administration, compliance or a related commercial environment;

-Experience reviewing and maintaining contractual, insurance and compliance documentation.
