We're looking for an experienced Retail Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across four Domino's Pizza stores in the Wagga Wagga market. About the Role

As our Retail Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with store managers and leadership teams to ensure each store consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.

You'll spend your time coaching leaders, improving operational standards, analysing business performance, and developing future managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers across four locations.

• Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams.

• Drive sales growth and profitability.

• Monitor labour, food costs and operational KPIs.

• Ensure outstanding customer service standards.

• Maintain food safety, WHS and compliance standards.

• Coach managers through regular store visits and performance reviews.

• Build a positive, high-performance culture.

• Manage rostering, productivity and labour efficiency.

• Execute local area marketing initiatives.

• Deliver consistent Domino's operational excellence.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants.

• Is a confident people leader who enjoys coaching others.

• Can manage multiple priorities and stores effectively.

• Understands financial reporting and business performance.

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Is passionate about customer service.

• Holds a current driver's licence and is willing to travel between stores.

Qualification requirement

Advanced diploma in business or hospitality management.

Work experience requirement - at least two years' experiences in the similar role
