On behalf of an established Australian migration law firm based in Sydney, the firm provides professional migration and legal services to individuals, families and businesses across Australia, assisting clients with a broad range of Australian visa and migration matters. The organisation is committed to providing professional, client-focused services while maintaining a strong presence within the Australian migration services market.

As part of its continued growth and development, the organisation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, engage with target markets and support overall business growth.

Current Opening:

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Develop, implement and review comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the firm's business objectives, target markets and growth strategies.

• Plan, develop and organise advertising policies and campaigns to promote the firm's migration and legal services and support business development objectives.

• Advise management on advertising strategies, market positioning, pricing, sales promotion and appropriate marketing channels.

• Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs and potential opportunities for new and existing services.

• Collect, analyse and interpret market research, customer information and statistical data to support marketing and business decisions.

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client engagement, customer retention, referrals and demand for the firm's services.

• Manage and maintain the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring client and lead information is accurately recorded, organised and maintained.

• Analyse CRM data to identify customer trends, lead sources, conversion opportunities and areas for improvement in client engagement.

• Segment customer and prospect databases according to relevant characteristics, service requirements and market segments to support targeted marketing activities.

• Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, information sessions and other promotional events to showcase the firm's expertise and services.

• Monitor the performance of marketing and advertising initiatives and prepare regular reports, analysis and recommendations for management.

• Apply statistical and analytical methods to assess the potential impact of pricing and promotional strategies on business performance and profitability.

• Monitor competitor activity and changes in market conditions to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

• Work closely with legal and migration teams to understand the firm's services and develop appropriate marketing and client engagement strategies.

• Analysing marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and support business decisions.

• Ensure marketing materials, campaigns and promotional activities comply with relevant professional, legal and ethical requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Strong writing and editing skills for creating professional content that is clear, concise and compliant.

• Knowledge of advertising principles and experience in developing, implementing and monitoring advertising campaigns.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges, evaluate marketing performance, analyse customer and market data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in marketing and advertising, ensuring all activities comply with relevant requirements.

• Knowledge or experience in the Australian migration and visa services industry will be highly regarded.

Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $80,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
