Randstad is currently seeking expressions of interest for Workforce Coordinator and Rosterer roles across various industries in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your scheduling expertise to forward-thinking organisations and play a key role in driving efficient workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimise daily, weekly, and master rosters in alignment with operational requirements.

Monitor staffing levels and manage real-time schedule adjustments, leave coverage, and unplanned absences.

Ensure all rosters adhere to relevant enterprise agreements, awards, labor laws, and company policies.

Oversee timesheet processing, attendance tracking, and variance reconciliation for accurate payroll preparation.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee roster inquiries, shift swaps, and scheduling availability.

Utilise workforce management (WFM) software to track key workforce metrics, coverage gaps, and labor costs.

Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Workforce Coordinator, Rosterer, or in a similar scheduling-focused role.

Strong working knowledge of workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, Deputy, Tanda, or similar scheduling platforms).

Familiarity with interpreting modern awards, enterprise agreements, and penalty rates.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle last-minute schedule changes in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
