Welder

WELDWORKS PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Welder and/or Boilermaker for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) in Sydney. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.

Title: Welder and/or Boilermaker, Full-time position

Salary: A$ 90,000.00 to 98,000.00 plus super

Work Location: In person

We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

Requirements

* Certificate 3 including 2 years' experience or Certificate 4 in Engineering- Fabrication Trade/(Welding)

* Proven experience as Welder and/or Metal Fabricator for at least 2 years.

* Knowledge of welding techniques and materials.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

* Physical stamina and strength.

* Attention to detail and precision.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities. Welder Responsibilities

* Cut, shape, and weld metal components using various welding techniques

* Inspect and test welds for quality and compliance

* Repair or replace damaged metal parts

* Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures

* Work closely with fabricators and engineers to complete projects on time Boilermaker

Responsibilities

* Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and equipment

* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans

* Perform welding, cutting, and bending for metal assemblies

* Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with standards

* Conduct maintenance and repairs on metal structures
