We are an established, property development business operating in North West Sydney. We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This position is ideal for someone looking for long-term stability, a consistent daily schedule, and a supportive working environment. You will work directly with the Business Director, gaining hands-on insight into the property development industry while managing essential daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing daily office administration, email communications, and document handling.
• Drafting standard letters, documents, and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel.
• Assisting with project tracking, schedules, and workflows (training provided on internal systems).
• Utilizing digital tools and basic AI applications to streamline daily tasks.
• Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality regarding business operations and projects.
What We Are Looking For
• Dependability & Loyalty: A trustworthy team player seeking a long-term, stable role.
• Core Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word). Prior experience or familiarity with MS Project (MSP) is a strong advantage.

• Attention to Detail: Organized, accurate, and proactive in managing administrative tasks.
