About this job
Based in Geelong Victoria, Thornton Engineering is seeking experienced Pressure Welders at their Corio VIC.
Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:
- Perform complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.
- Read and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
- Lay out and installs piping, equipment, and other mechanical systems in compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
- Weld and repair pressure vessels and pipes to relevant standards.
Qualification and Skills:
- Certificate III in Engineering -Fabrication Trade or related
- Ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience
Salary range is $70,000 - $95,000pa commensurate with experience
