About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to support and strengthen our quality assurance and compliance framework across all campuses. This role is central to maintaining academic integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting structured internal reviews of training delivery, assessment practices, student services, and operational processes. You will work closely with academic, compliance, and administrative teams to identify risks, evaluate systems, and implement improvements that enhance both compliance outcomes and student experience.

Quality Auditor – Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal quality assurance frameworks and review mechanisms to ensure training, assessment, and student services consistently meet regulatory and organisational standards across all campuses.

• Conduct systematic evaluations of academic delivery, assessment practices, student engagement, and administrative operations to identify inconsistencies, compliance risks, and areas for improvement.

• Analyse existing policies, systems, and operational procedures to assess their effectiveness in supporting training outcomes and meeting VET regulatory requirements.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using structured review methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Formulate clear, practical recommendations to enhance course delivery, streamline workflows, improve student experience, and strengthen organisational performance.

• Collaborate with academic, compliance, and operational teams to implement approved improvements, ensuring changes are effectively integrated into day-to-day practices.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, ensuring corrective actions are sustained and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Prepare detailed internal audit reports outlining findings, risk areas, and actionable recommendations for senior management.

• Support organisational readiness for external regulatory audits by reviewing documentation, validating evidence, and ensuring compliance with ASQA and related standards.

• Provide guidance and support to staff across campuses to promote understanding of quality standards, compliance obligations, and best practices in vocational education delivery.

• Contribute to the development of quality objectives, improvement strategies, and action plans aimed at enhancing learner outcomes and optimising the use of organisational resources.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with data and process modelling techniques and creating detailed system documentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple campuses
