Mobile Field Representatives travel to support Census field teams in their region

They maximise participation in the Census by answering questions from the

public distributing Census forms and following up households that have not

yet participated.

Mobile Field Representatives provide support to Field Managers in different areas

They may engage with hotels, hospitals nursing homes and other private dwellings

to help them prepare for Census

The ABS is looking for a range of people who:

are able and willing to travel away from home for multiple nights to areas within

their home state and interstate

have experience working within large teams and independently

have experience recruiting and/or training team members

can communicate sensitively and respectfully with people from diverse

backgrounds and communities.

Mobile Field Representatives will earn $39.68 per hour inclusive of 25% casual

loading plus superannuation.

Mobile Field Representatives will work a mix of weekdays evenings and weekends

across various locations
