Director of Transformation

BCS Technology International Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the organisation's transformation strategy, ensuring that technology, data, operational processes, and business capabilities are aligned with strategic objectives and growth priorities. Establish and govern enterprise-wide transformation frameworks, including data governance, information management, process optimisation, and organisational change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and decision making.

Develop and maintain the target operating model for the organisation, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, technology platforms, data assets, and emerging capabilities to support future-state business requirements. Drive enterprise transformation programs across lending, credit, portfolio management, investor reporting, and other core business functions, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value.

Provide strategic leadership for digital, cloud, data, and AI transformation initiatives, ensuring technology investments align with organisational priorities, regulatory obligations, and long term business objectives. Partner with executive leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, assess organisational capability requirements, and develop implementation roadmaps that support business growth and innovation.

Establish governance structures, policies, and performance frameworks to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered effectively, risks are managed appropriately, and benefits are realised across the organisation. Lead organisational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, workforce readiness, and adoption programs to ensure successful implementation of transformational change.

Oversee relationships with key technology vendors, managed service providers, consultants, and development partners, ensuring external resources contribute effectively to strategic transformation objectives and operational outcomes.
