Located within the historic Sydney GPO at 1 Martin Place, MORENA delivers a refined dining experience showcasing the diverse flavours and culinary traditions of Latin America. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the front-of-house team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure the venue operates smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Secure full-time position within a reputable hospitality venue Competitive salary package with opportunities for career progression Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth within hospitality Task & responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain premium service standards Lead, train and supervise front-of-house staff, including rostering and allocating duties Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service Manage reservations, customer enquiries, feedback and complaints Monitor stock levels, operating costs, budgets and restaurant performance Assist with menu planning, pricing and promotional activities Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and work health and safety requirements Maintain the restaurant’s presentation and deliver an exceptional guest experience Qualification & experience A relevant AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Services or a closely related discipline A minimum of 12 months’ relevant full-time work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a closely related role Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and premium hospitality standards Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced, premium dining environment About Company Renascence Group is an award-winning Australian hospitality collective founded by acclaimed Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia.
