We are seeking a skilled and strategic Advertising Manager to oversee both Reflex Signs’ internal advertising initiatives and the delivery of advertising solutions for our clients. This role will bridge company-wide promotional strategy with client-facing campaign management, playing a key part in expanding our brand reach and enhancing the advertising impact of our clients’ businesses.

About the Role

The Advertising Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate all advertising activities for Reflex Signs. The role involves developing integrated advertising strategies to promote our own services while also managing and advising on advertising campaigns for clients that use signage and visual communication as part of their broader marketing efforts.

This is a dynamic position requiring both creative vision and commercial acumen to drive brand growth and ensure effective communication of advertising messages across diverse media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns to promote Reflex Signs’ products, services, and brand visibility.

• Collaborate directly with clients to plan, design, and coordinate advertising campaigns incorporating signage, displays, and other visual communication solutions.

• Oversee advertising budgets and scheduling to ensure cost-effective deployment of campaigns.

• Liaise with internal design, production, and installation teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact advertising outcomes.

• Manage external relationships with media outlets, creative agencies, and suppliers.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand development and client advertising innovation.

• Supervise the production of promotional materials and ensure alignment with brand and client objectives.

• Analyse advertising performance and prepare reports with insights for continuous improvement.

• Maintain consistency of brand image and messaging across all advertising platforms.

• Provide leadership and direction to staff engaged in advertising, marketing, and promotional activities.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable advertising management or marketing leadership role (or 5+ years without formal qualifications).

• Proven ability to plan, manage and evaluate advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy and audience analytics.

• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

• Creative mindset with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
