iSpace Solutions is a Sydney-based joinery company with over 20 years of industry experience, specialising in bespoke residential and commercial joinery. The company delivers high-quality custom joinery solutions for architectural homes, commercial fit-outs, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and interior spaces. iSpace Solutions provides end-to-end services, including design, manufacturing, project management and installation, working closely with builders, architects, designers and homeowners to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and tailored solutions.

On behalf of our client, iSpace Solutions, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Joiner to join their team on a full-time basis.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Joiner, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Studying drawings, plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures for custom joinery projects.

• Cutting, shaping and assembling timber and other materials to produce custom joinery, cabinetry and interior fittings.

• Assembling prepared components to construct cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, shelving and other bespoke joinery ready for installation.

• Installing custom joinery, cabinetry, doors, panels and interior fittings at residential and commercial sites.

• Measuring, cutting and fitting timber joints to ensure high-quality finishes and accurate installation.

• Repairing, modifying and replacing existing joinery and cabinetry as required.

• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools to manufacture and install custom joinery products.

• Working with timber, MDF, plywood, plastic laminates, Perspex and metal components to produce high-quality joinery solutions.

• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and workplace health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate III in carpentry or relevant trade qualification.

• At least two years of relevant experience.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Salary:

The role offers a remuneration package of $80,000 - $88,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 40-hour work week.
