About the role:

* Positioned within the Parts Departments, Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Overall performance of the Parts department to achieve internal and manufacturer’s targets

* Producing parts quotations to customers and internal departments

* Handling customer inquiries quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

* Keeping customers up to date with part ETA’s

* Invoicing charges to customer and receiving payments

* Ordering parts and accessories based on forward delivers and customer service bookings

* Unpacking freight and receipting invoices into stock

* Binning / storage of parts

* Pre picking Parts & Accessories to meet daily job requirements

* Booking of Parts & Accessories to repair orders

* In town collection and drop off of parts when required

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
