SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER)

Gerrbik Laundry Services Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to join their team located in Victoria.

POSITION: SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER)

LOCATION: TULLAMARINE & KEILOR PARK SITE

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing linen inventory across all customer sites Scheduling daily collection and delivery routes

• Maintaining emergency stock levels Coordinating vehicle fleets and driver rosters

• Ensuring customer delivery schedules and service level agreement are met.

• Managing supplier relationships for uniforms, linen, chemicals, packaging, and equipment

• Monitoring stock losses, linen lifespan, and replacement programs

• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and transport regulations

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong leadership and people management

• Logistics and supply chain planning Inventory management

• Budgeting and cost control Data analysis and reporting

• Problem-solving and decision-making Excellent communication and organisational skills

A remuneration package is between $77,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
