As a Chef De Partie in our Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.

As a Chef De Partie KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs.

• Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques.

• Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues.

• Help train and support kitchen team members.

• You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants,

acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team.

• Lead by example and work independently when required.

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

• Monitor performance and train junior kitchen staff.

• Manage inventory and order food supplies.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt. or 3 years Work Exp

• Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Honest, humble, and results-driven

Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
