Qualified Electrician

We have a current vacancy for a safety focused Electrician (General) to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work alongside a crew of like-minded tradespeople to deliver maintenance onsite.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Electrical service and maintenance of plant and equipment

-Fault finding on machines including electrical & mechanical machines and subsequent repairs

-Installing new machines and complete electrical systems

-Repair and maintain all types of electrical equipment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

-You must have an Electrical Trade Certificate and/or other related industry qualification

-Knowledge of common machining equipment

-Strong experience in a similar role will be highly regarded

-Self-motivated, problem solver & team player

-Be punctual and reliable

-Have strong interpersonal & communication skills

-Basic computer literacy

-You must have the right to work in Australia (38 hours/week)

-You must pass a drug & alcohol test and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical if required

-You have already had a Q Fever vaccination or are willing to participate in the vaccination process

Salary Range: Up to $150,000 PA
