Truck and trailer general fit out
About this job
Hercules (Qld) Pty is seeking someone with experience and knowledge in general fit out of trucks and trailers working a 9 day fortnight.
Duties include:
Steel and alloy (mig) welding
Fitment of bodies to chassis
Fitment of tarps
Painting
Hydraulics
General wiring
Install and plumb hydraulic systems on trucks
Ensuring jobs are completed on time and meet high quality standards
Must Have:
Drivers licence
Steel capped boots
Own tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Pride in workmanship and ability to adapt to manufacturing product to the Hercules standard
Capable time management, ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solve
Safety conscious and competent of WHS practices
Relevant trade certificate is essential
Ability to work unsupervised
Hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3:30pm with every second Friday off. Overtime is available as required.
Above award wages. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
Uniform supplied upon completion of probation.
