CENTRAL FRESH FOOD SERVICES PTY LTD is a growing retail business committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee our day-to-day retail operations and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities

As the Retail Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the selection and presentation of products to meet customer requirements and demand.

• Developing and implementing pricing strategies and promotional activities.

• Providing customers with appropriate product information, advice and assistance.

• Monitoring inventory levels, sales performance and stock records.

• Managing store budgets, operational costs and financial targets.

• Recruiting, training, supervising and managing the performance of retail staff.

• Planning and overseeing daily store operations to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Coordinating staff duties and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.

• Monitoring merchandise presentation, pricing and stock availability.

• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.

• Maintaining workplace safety, security and compliance with applicable store policies and procedures.

• Supporting the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.

Requirements

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and staff management skills.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sound knowledge of inventory control and retail operations.

• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy and dynamic retail environment.

• A reliable, proactive and responsible approach to work.
