Sunrise Christian Schools Early Learning Centres The opportunity Join our Whyalla ELC as a highly valued Early Childhood Educator (Team Leader). Permanent full-time position staring immediately. Salary range of $79,684 - $83,250 You'll work closely with our Director and team to shape meaningful learning experiences, and build strong, positive relationships with children and families.

This will include planning and implementing educational programs in line with the EYLF and NQF, supporting children's learning and development in a safe and nurturing environment and supporting daily care routines and documentation. About you You are a warm, proactive Early Childhood Educator and thrive in a team leadership support role. You bring creativity, flexibility, and a nurturing spirit to every day, whether you are planning engaging learning activities or simply being present in a child's moment of discovery.

You enjoy mentoring and encouraging team members and are ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and staff in a close-knit and values-led community. We are looking for someone who: Holds a suitable Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved qualification. Has at least 2 years experience in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.

Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community. Has outstanding attention to detail. Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
