SENIOR BEEF FARM WORKER

Arkle Farms (Operations) Pty Ltd We’re seeking a Beef Cattle Farm Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks relating to cattle and farm operations. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Stud Principal and CEO, this role oversees the complete stud enterprise — from genetics and herd management, and farm production.

You will oversee the stockpersons and communicate with external contractors and service providers to ensure the property operates efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with the stud’s values and production goals. About Company Arkle Angus Stud is a premier Angus stud operation in Western Australia. The enterprise runs a 250-head stud cow herd across 850 acres, producing approximately 90 bulls and 80 heifers for sale each year.

The program employs a progressive genetics strategy combining embryo transfer (ET), artificial insemination (AI) and backup natural service bulls, with a strong focus on data-driven selection and performance recording through Angus Australia.
