The Trustee for Cheeky Bean Trust Full-Time Cook/Chef Required Cook Located at Dokic Way Baranduda Victoria, 3691, Roxys Cafe is currently seeking a qualified Full Time Cook and Chef to join our friendly team. We are looking for workers who are creative, organized, and passionate. In order to qualify for the roles, you must have the following : Responsibilities: Performing all food preparation and cooking duties.

Menu Planning (Chef) Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work early mornings some weekdays. Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards . To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert III (for Cook) Cert IV (For Chef) or higher Flexible availability Strong organizational skill, motivational and people skills Effective communication skills Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, and working to budgets Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.
