Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys providing high-level support to senior executives? We are seeking a polished and proactive professional to join a well-established organisation on a short-term contract, commencing immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable EA to step into a busy role, providing seamless support to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. You will be working in a commercial business.
Your new role
Reporting directly to senior executives, your responsibilities will include:
Complex diary and calendar management
Coordinating meetings, briefings and executive appointments
Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting papers
Managing travel arrangements and itineraries
Screening and prioritising communications
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Providing confidential administrative and executive support
Assisting with projects and ensuring key deadlines are met
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, Directors or C-suite leaders
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
