About the role
* Deliver person-centred nursing care that supports residents’ dignity and wellbeing.
* Administer medications, provide wound care and monitor residents’ health.
* Assess care needs, maintain clinical documentation and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
* Guide care staff and collaborate with residents, families and healthcare teams.
About you
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
* Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse..
* Australian working rights and relevant screening checks.
* Compassion for supporting elderly residents.
