Programmed is currently seeking Taste Testers / Sensory Panel Members to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Campbellfield . This is a unique opportunity to be involved in food product testing and sensory evaluation , assessing a range of products across confectionery, dairy, beverages, snacks and nutritional products. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong sense of taste, excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide objective and accurate feedback. Key Responsibilities

Conduct taste, aroma and appearance checks of food products

Evaluate flavour, texture, aroma and overall product attributes

Participate in sensory testing across a range of food categories

Accurately record and submit sensory evaluation results

Complete individual and comparative product assessments

Work alongside other sensory panel members to maintain consistent evaluation standards

Maintain objectivity and independence when assessing products

Follow all workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures

Participate in additional product testing as required

Attend toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety discussions

About You

Must not have any food allergies

Non-smoker

Valid Class C driver's licence

Strong sense of taste and ability to identify differences in flavour, texture and aroma

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to provide accurate and objective feedback

Ability to follow testing procedures and instructions

Comfortable working as part of a sensory panel

Good communication and record-keeping skills

Willingness to complete a health declaration

Willingness to follow all site-specific safety, hygiene and PPE requirements

Ability to commence ASAP
