Accounts Receivable Officer

Looking for an organised Accounts Receivable Officer with strong MYOB and timesheet processing experience. Your new company

Our client is a specialist earthmoving and civil construction contractor supporting mining, infrastructure, and development projects across the region. They provide a range of excavation, bulk earthworks, plant hire, and project support services, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for their clients.

Your new role

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and debtor management

Process and reconcile timesheets for a workforce of approximately 80-100 employees

Assist with payroll-related administration and reporting requirements

Maintain accurate financial records and customer accounts

Liaise with internal stakeholders, employees, and subcontractors regarding account enquiries

Support month-end activities and financial administration tasks

Work with MYOB and other accounting systems to ensure accurate processing

Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role

Strong MYOB experience

Experience processing high-volume timesheets

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Structured and methodical approach to managing workloads

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with subcontractors (desirable)

Mining industry experience (highly regarded)

Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a busy environment
