About Us

Petsworthy is an Australian online retailer offering pet food, toys, accessories and care products. We are looking for an Advertising Specialist to plan and coordinate advertising campaigns that promote our products and help grow our online business.

About the Role

You will work closely with management to develop advertising ideas, coordinate campaign materials and monitor results. The role combines creative work with campaign planning and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and brand awareness.

Research target audiences, competitor advertising and consumer trends to guide campaign decisions.

Recommend advertising channels, campaign schedules and budgets to management.

Develop advertising briefs and coordinate the production of copy, images, graphics and videos.

Coordinate digital advertising placements, working with external agencies and creative suppliers where required.

Ensure advertising materials are accurate, consistent with the brand and delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor campaign spending and performance, including clicks, conversions and return on advertising spend.

Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements to advertising content, targeting and placement.

Skills and Experience

A relevant tertiary qualification in advertising, marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Demonstrated experience planning or coordinating advertising campaigns and producing promotional materials.

Understanding of digital advertising platforms, audience targeting and campaign reporting.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, engaging advertising content.

Ability to coordinate creative work, manage deadlines and work within agreed budgets.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.

Experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer products would be an advantage.
