We’re a horticulture-based business seeking full-time Fruit Farm Pickers to join our team in the beautiful Donnybrook & Pemberton regions of Western Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including:

* Supervise daily packhouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow across multiple production lines.

* Coordinate with team members to achieve packing and dispatch targets within time-sensitive schedules.

* Operate and monitor packing machinery, including setup, calibration, and safe operation.

* Conduct accurate tallying of fruit consignments, perform inventory checks, and maintain stock control records.

* Ensure compliance with QA and food safety standards, including correct labelling, carton traceability, and shipment documentation.

* Train and guide new staff in packing procedures, workplace health & safety requirements, and quality expectations.

* Operate the pre-pack netting line, carrying out sorting, grading, and packaging of avocados to customer specifications.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who bring:

* Previous/relevant experience in the horticulture industry (preferred).

* Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a hands-on environment.

* A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to get involved.

* Team spirit and the ability to work well with others.

* Self-motivation with a strong work ethic.

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 annually
