Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Strathfield, NSW

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus Superannuation

KA Aged Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in Strathfiled, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient/resident care in accordance with clinical guidelines and organisational policies

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects

- Monitor and document patient/resident health status, vital signs, and progress

- Respond promptly to changes in patient/resident condition and escalate care as required

- Liaise with doctors, allied health professionals, and families regarding care and treatment plans

- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and legal requirements

- Ensure infection control, WHS, and safety standards are upheld at all times

Requirements

- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Experience in [aged care / acute care / community nursing / relevant setting]

- Sound knowledge of clinical procedures, medication management, and care planning

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

- Current National Police Check

- Current First Aid and CPR certification
