Experienced Casual Internal Cleaner - Builders & Pre-Sale Cleans

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, friendly and professional Casual Internal Cleaner with a strong eye for detail to join our growing cleaning team.

This is an ongoing casual role completing pre-sale cleans, renovation cleans and builders cleans across Melbourne’s south-east and the Mornington Peninsula, with hours varying in line with project and customer demand.

Responsibilities and duties:

- Pre-sale cleans

- Renovation cleans

- Builders cleans

- Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning

- Cabinetry and surface cleaning

- Vacuuming and mopping

- Window, frame and track cleaning

- Removing dust and residue following building or renovation works

- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and attention to detail on every job

Qualifications, experience and skills:

- Previous professional cleaning experience required, with pre-sale, renovation or builders-clean experience highly regarded

- Reliable, punctual and positive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner

- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work, including using step ladders where required

- Confident working independently, while also able to work well as part of a team

- Well presented and comfortable working in customers’ homes and on building sites

- Flexible with weekday availability to suit scheduled jobs

- Comfortable using apps for job details, team communication and job photos/reports

Requirements:

- Current driver’s license

- Reliable own vehicle and ability to travel directly to job sites

- Own smartphone suitable for work apps, communication and job photos/reports

- White Card, or willing to obtain one

- Current police check, or willing to obtain one

- Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one
