Systems Analyst

ARA Technologies is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (Project Coordinator) to support the analysis, coordination and implementation of business systems and technology projects across its operations. The position will work closely with users, operational teams, technical personnel and other stakeholders to identify business requirements, improve system processes and coordinate the successful delivery of systems and technology projects.

Location: Unit 1, 9–11 South Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116

Employment: Full-time – 38 hours per week

Salary: $85,000 per annum + superannuation

Key responsibilities include:

Consult with users and stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business and system requirements.

Analyse business processes, workflows and system functionality to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Develop functional specifications using data and process modelling techniques to support system development and enhancement.

Plan and coordinate technology projects, including schedules, resources, milestones and deliverables, using appropriate project management methodologies.

Coordinate national technology and systems deployment programs and monitor project performance, risks and outcomes.

Liaise with users, technical teams and developers to implement improvements to applications and operational systems.

Coordinate system testing and implementation to ensure solutions meet functional, quality and business requirements.

Maintain project and system documentation and prepare user guides, procedures and training materials.

Provide guidance and support to users and stakeholders throughout system implementation and project delivery.

Act as a central point of contact between business users, technical teams and project stakeholders.

Skills and experience:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, together with relevant experience in systems analysis and technology project coordination.

Strong systems and business analysis, functional requirements, system implementation and testing, project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
