Job Title: Fast Food Manager

Salary: AUD $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus super

Hours: Full Time Permanent (38 hours per week)

Location: Murdoch WA 6150

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the control and management of all store operations and coordination of staff and resources in order to provide an efficient and profitable service.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Control stock and supply levels through weekly stocktakes and monitor wastage.

- Arrange the purchase of food, beverages, packaging and other supplies from approved suppliers.

- Determine the product mix and pricing based on costs, customer demand and sales performance.

- Analyse weekly sales reports and determine future product offerings and promotions.

- Plan and implement monthly promotions, cross-selling initiatives, social media campaigns and local-area marketing activities.

- Promote the business through local businesses, community organisations and local media.

- Organise special-event promotions to increase product sales.

- Oversee food and beverage sales and supervise the customer-service team.

- Monitor outlet expenses and oversee daily cash reconciliation and banking procedures.

- Review revenue and expenses against budgets and prepare operational reports.

- Prepare staff rosters according to trading hours, customer demand and special events.

- Recruit, supervise and assess employees and organise training where required.

- Maintain high customer-service standards and respond to customer feedback and complaints.

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food-safety and hygiene requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum qualification required is Australian Diploma/Advance Diploma or higher-level qualification with 1-year mandatory relevant work experience. In the absence of qualification, 3 years full time relevant work experience is required.
