Contracts Manager | Multi-Residential Apartments

The Company

Our client is a highly respected developer-builder specialising in luxury residential, commercial, and boutique projects. Backed by a proven national business and a robust pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalised group at the early stages of their Gold Coast expansion.

The role Joining prior to project commencement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business while taking complete ownership of the full commercial lifecycle.

Responsibilities include

Procure, package, and negotiate subcontracts through to final account

Manage all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence from both a head contract and subcontract perspectives.

Oversee monthly budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Build, mentor and lead commercial team members.

Experience Required

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Australian commercial construction sector.

Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and commercial management practices.

Experience delivering commercial towers or apartments with project values exceeding $100 million.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage all stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Full Australian working rights.

$200,000 - $280,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience).
